At Auglaize County ESC, we are proud to highlight our dedicated Turning Point team, led by Josh Billing, our exceptional Intervention Specialist. Alongside him, our supportive staff members—Melissa Schott, Megan Werner, and Amy Downing—serve as committed paraprofessionals and job coaches, working tirelessly to ensure that every child receives the individualized attention and resources they need to thrive. Together, they create a nurturing environment where students with developmental disabilities can explore their potential, build confidence, and achieve their goals. With a focus on collaboration and innovative support strategies, our team embodies the essence of our mission: to educate, serve, and connect families with the vital services that empower their children.
