At Auglaize County ESC, we're proud of the vibrant classrooms at Waynesfield-Goshen High School, where all students are encouraged to reach their potential. Our collaborative approach provides specialized support for students with developmental disabilities through experienced special education teachers, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists. Families can feel assured their children have access to dedicated professionals without financial burden. With programs for credit recovery and behavior support, we connect families to the services their children need to thrive.

Mindy Haberman's Classroom

My name is Mindy Haberman and I am extremely excited to be given the opportunity to work for the Auglaize County ESC! I am looking forward to joining a fantastic team of educators! I can’t wait to learn all about my future students, but first here are a few things about me. I have been in education for more than 20 years and have had the opportunity to teach and meet the needs of students of various ages and learning levels. I currently live in the Lima area with my husband David and our 3 daughters, Chloe, Carlee, and Cassie. I enjoy teaching (obviously), spending time with my daughters, gardening, and all things PINK!

Along with her paraprofessional, Louise Westbay, she works tirelessly to create an inclusive environment that fosters growth and learning. Together, they strive to connect families with essential services, ensuring all children receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially.
