At Auglaize County ESC, we offer a range of essential services designed to support educators and enhance the educational experience. Our services include BCI/FBI fingerprinting for background checks, assistance with licensure, and professional development opportunities to help educators stay current in their fields. We also provide support for the Resident Educator program, therapy services for students, and recognition through the Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award. These services are aimed at fostering a well-rounded educational environment and ensuring both educators and students receive the support they need to succeed
BCI/FBI Fingerprinting
Auglaize County ESC offers fingerprinting through the Webcheck system for BCI (Ohio State) or FBI (Federal) prints, or a combination of both.
Licensure
Auglaize County ESC helps local districts with licensure and manages the process for its employees.
Professional Development
Our programs help educators gain key skills and knowledge. We focus on best practices and new teaching strategies to improve student outcomes.
Residential Educator
The Auglaize County ESC helps Resident Educator License holders meet state requirements for a Professional License.
Therapy Services
Our staff offer rehab services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage therapy, and athletic training to promote health in community programs.
Franklin B. Walter Award
Created in 1990 by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association, the Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award program recognizes outstanding students in Ohio for their academic achievements.
