BCI/FBI Fingerprinting

The Auglaize County ESC has fingerprinting services available through the Webcheck system provided by The Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCII). Fingerprints for BCI only (State of Ohio), FBI only (Federal Bureau of Investigation), or combination of BCI/FBI may be done on this system.

UPDATE: 1/27/2020 - Fingerprinting prices will be increasing as of March 1st, 2021

$35 - BCI

$70 - Total for both FBI and BCI

Fingerprinting services will be by appointment ONLY! We will NOT take Walk-In Appointments

Fingerprinting services are available normally from 8 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday by appointment only (unless the office is closed). Person(s) needing fingerprints must bring a driver's license or proof of identification. Fingerprinting will only be done by appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays in July.

Payment must be in the form of cash, check or card made payable to the Auglaize County ESC.

Teachers or other school employees who need fingerprints for licensure renewal must inform staff before prints are taken. Once the staff member is informed, a box will be checked on the system to have the results sent electronically to the Ohio Department of Education licensure department. ODE will only accept results sent in electronic format.

Results from fingerprinting will be mailed according to the form completed on time.
