Megan Miller is a dedicated high school cross-categorical teacher at Wapakoneta High School with over 15 years of experience, passionate about fostering student independence and helping them reach their full potential. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Bowling Green State University and received her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Wright State University. When not teaching, she loves reading, bowling, crocheting, cheering on our athletes in sporting events, and coaching the Special Olympics bowling team. Teaching has been my lifelong passion; one that began when I was only five years old, organizing "classroom" sessions for neighborhood kids! Today, I bring that same enthusiasm to my work and I feel blessed to be a teacher!

Beyond the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family including my husband, son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. I also enjoy time with friends, our puppy, reading, collecting children's books, and crafting educational materials.

Dan Kirby teaches in our ED unit at Wapakoneta High School. He grew up in St. Marys and began teaching Gifted and Talented students at Trotwood-Madison Jr. High in 1993. He has a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Findlay. He has also taught in the following school districts: Parkway, Lima City, Perry, and Riverdale. Dan and his wife Angie live on Grand Lake St. Marys and share five woonderful children.
