At Cridersville Elementary, Intervention Specialist Brian Mears leads a dedicated team focused on providing tailored support for students with developmental disabilities. Alongside paraprofessionals Michelle Porter, Derek Morman, Amy Traucht, and Maricel Tanumtanum, they work collaboratively to ensure each child receives the personalized attention they need to thrive academically and socially. Under the guidance of Director Dr. Angie Chung-Kirby, this team is committed to empowering families and connecting them with essential services through Auglaize County ESC. Together, they create an inclusive environment where every student can succeed.
